The us server of "TERA" proceeded its first beta test at last week, and achieved good results. The operators, En Masse ,recently announced that the game will be the second test in this weekend, of course, this test will have something new which brings to the players.Firstly, the role of thelevel cap will increase to 27 ,and before is 22, and a new underground city will wait for players to challenge. Secondly, the operator will open a new PVP server, finally, each account will be able to create two game character, rather than the original one. I think it is great cool.  In addition, the operators En Masse also revealed the new details of the U.S. service PVP battle in the open world "TERA", if the player wants to PVP ,then he must issue a declaration of war bulletin , after the announcement player is equivalent to become a "Red" one, he had 60 seconds of time and he can attack the other players (of course, other players are also able to attack him), if he finished the battle ahead of time , it is absolutely ok. That is to say , Characters on the PvP server will learn a skill called "Outlaw Declaration". When used, the player will be able to attack any character above level 10 and not in their guild or party for 60 seconds. Once engaged in combat, the status will persist until combat ends.
